Helio Home (acquired by Jetson Home) helped homeowners create a plan to electrify their home through heat pumps, solar, EV chargers, induction stoves, and more. Their holistic system was designed to transform any living space into the ultimate energy efficient, all-electric, healthy, comfortable home, free from fossil fuels.

Challenges

Helio was a seed-stage company offering a service that homeowners were unfamiliar with—whole-home electrification. We needed to convey the practical, financial and emotional benefits of this new approach.

We began by grounding the brand in the customer’s reality: what homeowners fear, hope for, and ultimately want when considering a transition to an all-electric home. The insight: most don’t wake up wanting “whole-home electrification.” They want lower bills, healthier air for their family, comfort year-round, and confidence they’re making a smart, future-proof choice.

From this starting point, we built the foundational brand strategy and messaging framework, an internal compass that orients the entire company around customer value. The framework clearly defined:

  1. The core problem Helio solves for homeowners.
  2. Why the problem exists and why most alternatives fall short.
  3. How Helio uniquely solves it—practically, financially, and emotionally.

Solution

Created sales enablement materials that captured the practical, financial and emotional benefits of electrification. Helio also gained a strategic playbook that aligned the whole company around a single truth: what the customer values most, and how Helio is positioned to deliver it.
