Visalaw AI

Company Overview

Visalaw AI is a venture-backed, seed-stage immigration intelligence platform, helping immigration lawyers deliver faster, more accurate representation while reducing the stress and errors that come with an increasingly complex and high-stakes practice.

Visalaw had strong product differentiation and founder credibility in the immigration law community. However, marketing only happened when the CEO had time, which meant it ran inconsistently. Association email placements, an intern hire, a library of unused video content, and an untouched email list had not produced traction. Process and scale was where they were broken.

THE CHALLENGE

During conversations with customers, we learned that attorneys trusted Visalaw because it was built by immigration lawyers who understood the stakes and the risks of the big, general AI tools. Their proprietary source material and industry knowledge and credibility was the brand's biggest asset but it was underused. With those insights, we developed a brand strategy and messaging framework, clarifying Visalaw's positioning, establishing its voice, and building a foundation for a stronger growth strategy.

Solution

Building on this foundation, we:

  • Put existing video content to work across social and email channels
  • Built a compounding lead generation system through organic search and social
  • Created a project management system to ensure work was progressing
  • Rebuilt the brand and website with new positioning, copy, and visual identity
  • Launched a newsletter program that activated the existing email list as a consistent audience development channel

outcomes

  • Over a 12 month period, unique website visitors grew 130.7%. Total sessions increased 76.6%, driven by Organic Search (+71.4%) and Organic Social (+167.0%)
  • Monthly MQLs increased 112%, peaking at 199.6% above the starting baseline
